Translation Services
Simply let our team know your preferred language when you contact us by phone or email, and we will arrange an interpreter for you where possible.
There is no cost to you for using our interpreter services.
National Relay Service (NRS)
Quartz Claims also supports customers who are deaf, hard of hearing, and/or have a speech impairment.
The National Relay Service (NRS) is a free government initiative that allows people with hearing or speech difficulties to:
- make and receive phone calls
- communicate via text, voice relay, or teletypewriter (TTY) services
You can contact Quartz Claims through the NRS by asking the relay officer to connect you to us.
